Should this guy have been released?

I had 13 year old's shooting at me in Central America, Southeast & Southwest Asia, Africa, and I have no doubts if I drove on south clinton right now there's a good chance of having a 13 year old shoot at me in Trenton.

Heinous acts of rape, torture, and murder should be met with death. These people are not redeemable and are a burden on society. The problem could be proving guilt after an accusation and the government not botching it up somehow. The dude needs to be in a work program and monitored until death. I'd suggest any campus library or coffee shop.

I have no problem regarding those defending themselves from others trying to kill them whether they are 13 or 33. But show me a society where it is acceptable through the judicial system to execute a 13 year old. Is it a society you would prefer to be in? I recall my Uncle Earl noting as they were closing in on Berlin that a lot of the soldiers they killed were just kids, but they could shoot their Mauser K98k just like an adult, so, he said, you have to defend yourself and move on. My Uncle Joe had a similar experience in Korea. 

Just killing to kill as a justice system is not a justice system.

They weren't "just killing" anyone, the 13 yo was a monster. At his age he knew what he was doing, it was premeditated and he carried it out in the sickest way imaginable.

I assume he probably tortured animals too, because people like this typically do.

Sorry but I doubt he could ever become a functioning member of society
