Ukraine v Russia War Thread

Also, I might note this is another example that someone is a fake Libertarian.
You have a really skewed view of Libertarians. They aren't 100% isolationists in every instance in existence. Defensive wars are completely legitimate uses for a military.

Why should I care if Ukraine is a part of Russia? It was for the first 10-15 years of my life, bot 30 years later im supposed to care?

Nope. This is Europe's problem

Last time the world let Russia take over the Ukraine, they starved 20M people to death. It may be Europe's problem, now, but if Russia becomes the USSR 2.0, it certainly becomes our problem. They are already making moves in the Ukraine and Kazahkstan to start to reestablish their dominance in the region. If they are able to take back those two countries, they suddenly have their bread basket and backup oil and natural gas reserves that exponentially increases their power on the world stage.

We have the most powerful military on the planet and protecting those who can't protect themselves is precisely a situation where it should be used.  Right and wrong isn't determined by distance.

China and India have larger militaries than the US. North Korean and Russia are not far behind. The size of the military matters not when people like McKenzie, Berger, Mattis, Kelly, Milley, Austin, etc. run the military. It's like having the best formula one car with Edward Kennedy driving it.

The US military is not supposed to be the world's police or personal bodyguard. We have no business starting sh!t with Russia. It will come down to Putin vs Biden and I'm putting all my chips on Putin. This is being done to help with Biden/Dems poll numbers before Nov. Biden had one of the worst first years in US history. He needs a win to boast to the American people.

If Putin wants Ukraine, he'll take it with no issues. NATO can't stop him even with sanctions. He keeps Europe warm in the winter.
DC is a symptom, not the cause. The cause is basic voter stupidity and economic ignorance.

I don't know if you made that up or got it elsewhere, but it is brilliant.

Larger in numbers, but not more powerful, which I think was the point.

I personally am not overly concerned by it, because we have the tools to be energy independent and the rest of Europe simply would have to halt their progress or fight them militarily.

A conflict or war with Russia is precisely what China wants, because they'd instantly seize all f the territory around them and we couldn't fight both fronts.

We just ended 20 years of wars in the middle east and left behind 20% of our equipment and supplies.

We've replaced hardened military leaders with pink haired trannies.

Biden doesn't know what day it is.

Kamala is a cackling imbecile.

Thank you though for finally admitting that you're a neolib

We could easily fight both fronts, they aren't even using the same resources. Our super cruiser strike groups, alone, could keep China from seizing Taiwan, which is all we really care about, and they would be more or less useless in a defensive front against Russia. In any case, if NATO actually responded to the Russian threat on Ukraine, there is absolutely zero chance Russia would start any sort of conflict. NATO power greatly exceeds anything Russia can put together a hundred times over. As I said, three countries in NATO could take Russia alone, let alone combined.

The nato needs to step up and we need to tell them that we simply can't stomach another war after what we just did in the middle east.
