There is no Biblical evidence that post-death there is any opportunity to repent.  In fact the Bible says in Hebrews 9 "it is appointed to a man to die once...and then the judgment".  With our death, we carry the results of our choices in life to a meeting with God the judge of all mankind.

There is also no Biblical indication that Judas repented pre-death, as his last action was regret(throwing the money back at the council) and then killing himself.  It would be a strong testimony that the Bible would include his repentance, but it does not.
