That would be interesting.  Venables has been sought by many schools but he never wanted to leave Clemson.

The LSU job is like a wild weekend in New Orleans-you can go from top of the world to lying in the gutter or vice versa in no time at all. I donâ€t think Kelly will be able to control his team, b/c, well, no coach at LSU has ever been able to do so for a long time-but the last 3 HCs there have won NCs. Only program to claim that.

I think his son plays in the bowl game, but his football playing days are over. This could be a good break for him to join his dad as a GA at OU.
