(ATLANTA) – The State Election Board on Wednesday referred 35 cases of election-law violations to the attorney general or local district attorneys for criminal prosecution.
“Election fraud is not tolerated in Georgia. When there is evidence of it, the people responsible face prosecution,†said Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, chairman of the five-member board. “Georgia has multiple safeguards in place that allow our team of investigators to discover fraudulent voting. They worked to catch the wrongdoing in these cases, and they maintain the security of Georgia elections.â€
The Secretary of Stateâ€s Office investigation division has 23 sworn officers with arrest power and vast experience as detectives in law enforcement. They impartially investigate allegations of voting irregularities and present their findings to the Board, which can levy fines, issue a letter of instruction or refer the case for prosecution.
Among the cases bound over for prosecution Wednesday were four incidents of felons voting or registering to vote, four cases of non-citizens voting or registering to vote and one case of misplaced ballots during the 2020 general election, which didnâ€t change the outcome but did affect the total. Also bound over for prosecution were canvassers for two organizations trying to register people to vote, including one who allegedly submitted registration applications they knew were false.

So? What does that have to do with the DOJ not doing their job? Anyone who still doesn't see the political nature of the DOJ/FBI at this point is mentally ill.
The DOJ's job isn't to investigate election fraud conspiracy theories any more than it is to investigate whether or not Sandy Hook was a hoax.
Evidence has been discovered that indicates massive fraud took place in multiple states. That is being completely ignored. The real purpose of this FBI investigation is to intimidate and try to shut down state legislators doing real investigations. Garland made that verbal threat to Arizona weeks ago. This is the follow up. Unless something new has been discovered recently, there is no true evidence of massive voter fraud in any state. According to the board dummy, anyway.

Colorado clerk charged with 10 voting crimes: Lauren Boebert “encouraged me†to breach voting system
Indicted Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters says Boebert “encouraged me to go forward" with breach attempt
A Colorado election clerk who was indicted on 10 criminal counts has said that Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., "encouraged" her to commit the alleged crimes.
In a report on Sunday, The New York Times recounted the "strange tale" of Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters, who has fueled right-wing conspiracy theories claiming the 2020 presidential election was stolen.
"Ms. Peters was indicted on 10 criminal counts related to the effort to copy voting equipment software, including attempting to influence a public servant, criminal impersonation, conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation, identity theft and first-degree official misconduct," the report explained.
On Friday, Peters deflected blame to Boebert, according to the report.
She said Boebert "encouraged me to go forward with the imaging" of voting machines.
But the lawmaker's spokesperson insisted that Peters' claim was false.
Boebert has previously released a statement in support of Peters.
"Many of the constituents I represent have expressed concern about the ongoing investigation into Mesa County Clerk and Recorder Tina Peters," Boebert said in 2021. "As many of you know, I have been a vocal opponent of the overreach and targeted nature of the FBI's activities on a national level."
