Whatâ€s happening here is those that are unvaccinated are going to get Covid and develop anti bodies against it.  Some powerful people, for one reason or another, are furious about this when all they have to do is mind their own damn business and life will go on

Right now we have a pandemic of the stupid. They can take a small risk down to essentially zero at no risk for free. But that's fine morons will be morons. My only issue is those that don't respond well to the vaccine are at needless risk. At some point it will have gone through enough of the dopey and paranoid to slow down and hopefully the dopey and paranoid don't kill too many non responders in the meantime.Â
I'm curious if any of these that think not getting vaccinated is a reasonable decision think we should be vaccinating children against polio?

Otherwise you pass on your costs to the pool. Whit is ironic is who the pool of people are that white middle class and above antivaxxers are with: Who are the least vaccinated outside of age demo: High school dropouts-Congrats, anti vaxxers are with the dumbest of the dumb. Hispanic- congrats you are with illegals, who fear government interaction will get them deported. African American-Well, thanks for trying to make this group more diverse. Uninsured-why not suck more out of the tit, you are just raping those in your insurance pool. Had Covid- only one that makes a lick of sense, though a third are double dipping. Muslims-Evangelicals and radical Muslims are the top ant vaxxers. https://www.census.gov/library/stories/2...-time.html https://www.prri.org/research/prri-ifyc-...on-report/

Yes I know. I'm getting frustrated and aggravated but I wouldn't describe it as mocking and I wasn't addressing a person asking about vaccination. I lost one this week. Not surprisingly given the person's history with believing nonsense and paying the price, still. I also had a vaccinated person with immune deficiency test positive scaring the crap out of that person and family. Hopefully that ends well. There is absolutely no reason for us to be dealing with this crap now. None.Â
So the above post was intemperate, I'll try and do better. But I am angry. Again for those not getting the vaccine are you opposed to polio vaccines for children? What would be your reasoning either way? Yes it's a trick question.

It's the least I could do for society. It was either this or I'm in line behind the colored folks who can't seem to get an I.D. Again, if I did not travel I would not have gotten vaccinated. It was 100% so I could travel not for health reasons. I've given up trying to catch covid. Been to Asia, Africa, Australia, and South America but no luck.
DC is a symptom, not the cause. The cause is basic voter stupidity and economic ignorance.

ÂThe unvaccinated will likely "get" Covid 8-10 times over the next decade as they build up long lasting immunity and adapt to new variants. After a decade or so Covid will likely become a common childhood illness and it won't bother adults very often. Those most affected by the virus will die off naturally from Covid and the rest will develop a long term immunity. I'm a bit hard, I really don't care on a personal level if someone dies because they are too stubborn to get vaccinated except that our Government's do and screw me over just to protect those that refuse to protect themselves. Sure, I foot the bill with increased taxes and insurance costs but others pay for my poor diet at some point too. The simple fact of the matter is that no group of people in the world have a higher health risk from taking the vaccine than from Covid-19 itself, none. A few individuals perhaps but no group. But as always, I would fight for your right to not be vaccinated, to walk up to a black man and use the "N" word or to commit suicide.

Polio has a higher asymptomatic infection rate than COVID and a lower death rate. The most it killed was 3400 in one year in the US. The vaccines are probably less safe than the mRNA COVID vaccines but when you are at nearly zero risk it's hard to distinguish.

This goes to the old saying against eastern bloc nations during the cold war: We know they're lying to us. They know that we know that they're lying to us. We know that they know we know they're lying to us. Yet they continue to lie anyway. |
