Someone who is outweighed 50-100 pounds is not going to succeed dealing with one of these violent savages trying to control and handcuff them regardless of training. At some point you have to apply a weapon or risk being injured and having your gun taken from you. Why you think cops are required to have a "fair fight" against a violent resisting thug I have no idea but it is completely invalid.
You don't understand Ju Jitsu. It's not the fix-all, but it most definitely allows a smaller person to handle a larger person.
