Diversity for the sake of diversity is the path we've been on for a while now.  I always remember early on in the movement, in the 90s, you would constantly hear the slogan "diversity is our strength," and I always wondered why I was supposed to just automatically believe that.  

Look, if we all buy into the constitution and BoR that's fine.  We all go about living our lives, obeying the law and minding our own business...  no problem.  That said, we quickly morphed out of the multicultural concept of living under the same umbrella and just focused on the multi cultural part.  Then the ole tried and true divide and conquer game really began to heat up under Obama.  Now here we are.  Yeah regular folk of all groups/races/orientations still manage to mostly get along, but division is really being stoked on the national level.  On that note you can only push people so far until something gives.  Framing people (f.e. the McCloskeys) merely protecting their own lives and property as racists is not the path to some form of unity or racial harmony.  On that note I really now think most Americans are hip to the game; I just wonder if it's too late and "they" will get some big event that they've been stoking for a while now.  I mean we all know the media has been trying its damnedest to try to get one event after another to be THEE event, but so far middle America mostly hasn't bit.  Stay tuned...

Sure, take the lowest .005% of white people and make that your example.  Still, living there would be like Monte Carlo compared to living in every predominantly black area of America.

2010 census says that there were 25 million Appalachians. Thatâ€s nearly 8% of the total pop then. Of course, that doesnâ€t include the Appalachian diaspora communities, such as, Hilltop and Franklinton (the Bottoms) living in Columbus. 

By the way, are we adding Appalachians to your list of unwashed masses? Just trying to get down to your final count of acceptable people.

Basically, America has been conditioned (brainwashed) over the last 60 years to buy into the diversity, multicultural paradise garbage.  It is so thorough and ingrained that they still are falling for it even as the bad results are right in front of their face.  The prime examples of diversity in America are California and NY where non-whites flock to get the best welfare handouts.  Even with the clearly obvious bad results Americans are so conditioned they can't figure out the cause.  The people calling the shots are smarter.  They know they can flood once sane states with non-whites and create more California's and New York's and that is what they are doing.

More fallacies.  Only a small percent of the 25 million even remotely fit into the categories you listed.  Your point is absurd.  White people have abandoned our cities for a reason and that reason isn't too many white people.

I would say TOO MUCH diversity can be a bad thing.  Or diversity for diversity's sake (like we see now) is bad. 

On the whole, a homogenous culture, where everyone looks the same, speaks the same, and has the same religion can certainly have benefits. 

But can also lead you to be a muslim hellhole if your not careful.  Or a place where 3rd is ostracized for being an Atheist.  Or Chinabuck is shunned for having a non white wife. 

But it is a balancing act.  Too much diversity can also lead to being Yugoslavia or the Austrian-Hungarian Empire.

Diversity can prevent extremes from developing, or at least too many of them.
