I understand that many companies have policies that could get you terminated if your personal actions are not in alignment with the policy as it may affect the public perception of your product or services. But I havenâ€t seen such policy extend into private conversations or internal to the company if the policy was being discussed. Anyway, strikes me as over-reach.Â
