Reading anything aloud in public, unsolicited, should result in a swift kick to the nuts.

Meh. They do have different laws there and if he's accosting people that's the issue. I wouldn't mind some laws here to that effect but it's a slippery slope. There's some crazies here that stand outside the ballpark with a loudspeaker yelling at people they're going to go to hell. It's very loud and very annoying and would be regardless of what they're saying. I think there should be a loudness limit in public spaces perhaps. I'm amazed these people think annoying and pestering people is a good way to get any message across or win people over. But you don't get arrested in England for reading anything aloud in public. You get arrested for how you do that. But England really doesn't have freedom of religion or speech in the way we do. Very few countries do actually.
