They lost several things I ordered from Amazon in the last couple of months including a Roomba...I don't know why anyone would ship anything with USPS.

I RARELY send anything but I will make it a point to NEVER again send anything through the USPS.

Due to COVID I did a lot of on line shopping.  The things I ordered that used Amazon, UPS etc came right in on time.  I had one order that the store used USPS and of course the one item which came late.  I purchased Dec 2nd with a estimated time of Dec. 10th and it arrived on December 30th.

Few countries have an efficient government mail delivery system, so it's not just the USPS. I had luck with the Singapore system, and to some degree with Germany, but everywhere else it's a crap shoot.

Most government-run services of any kind are INFERIOR to their private counterparts.

I can't think of any govt ran entity that is ran better than any privately ran entity.

People will say "the military" but we don't know that either as we haven't really ever had to use a private military in our history- at least not on a grand scale- but for business it is absolutely true.

My wives Mothers Day card mailed from my son who lives 7 miles away came in October ....

So yeah they'er getting better.

Although they never yet have found the two payments for Bills we made in April yet.

I moved few years back and it took weeks and weeks for them to finally deliver to new address.   It was so messed up.  I put in for new address etc to be forwarded and they just could not get this right.
