Bottom line is the Swamp was bigger than Trump.  With the exception  of Cruz, Jordan, Nunez Gertz and maybe one or two more the others were a big ruse too.

President Trump certainly appears to think differently......

They agreed to play nice in public - for the time being.

If Biden is sworn in, the war of words will begin.

If Biden takes office, poor and middle-class Americans will have a LOWER standard of living than what they had just before Covid hit us.

So, Trump is going to treat him differently than literally every other person that has left with a supposed difference of opinion?  The one thing weâ€ve learned is that Donald Trump never pulls his punches.

No longer GroupThink 'woke'.  but it was fun while it lasted.

Cruz? Really? The same Ted Cruz that said this?

"I'm going to tell you what I really think of Donald Trump. This man is a pathological liar. He doesn't know the difference between truth and lies. He lies, practically every word that comes out of his mouth. And in a pattern that I think is straight out of a psychology textbook, his response is to accuse everybody else of lying….Whatever he does, he accuses everybody else of doing. The man cannot tell the truth, but he combines it with being a narcissist—a narcissist at a level I don't think this country has ever seen…..Everything in Donald's world is about Donald….The man is utterly amoral. Morality does not exist for him….Donald is a bully….Donald is cynically exploiting that anger [at the political establishment], and he is lying to his supporters. Donald will betray his supporters on every issue."

How long have you been beating your wife?

I think very early on in his regime I spoke highly of him. Seemed to be instituting some reforms to bring China into the modern world. Within a year, however, that gave way to censorship, oppression, economic nationalism, and militarism. I think his claims in the South China Sea were a bit of a tipping point. I applaud the previous administration's methods of checking Xi's power through things like a version of the Great White Fleet and attempts to rein in China's economic might through the TPP.

I wish our current, outgoing administration would have done more to continue that pattern. Instead, he withdrew from the TPP and allowed China's regional economic dominance and even congratulated Xi on removing term limits in 2018.

Are you out of your mind? Obama basically bent over and took it from Xi for 8 years and wanted to further china's agenda via the TPP.

Wow.

You support Jinping's puppet, China-Joe.

Why do you love filthy rich, corrupt, elite, Democrats more than you love poor and middle-class Americans?

good one Jacket.  That is awesome.

And I'm not sure he is that wrong about Trump.  And I think Trump accomplished some good things while in office.  But that doesn't change who he is as a person.

I will disagree on China. I think Trump did a good job fighting back against their currency manipulation and trade imbalances. That is what I think he is good at, fighting back against places like China, that don't play fair and don't care too. And who don't answer to their people or press.

Hey Jacket, was Obama being tough on China when China-Joe and his degenerate son went there and got rich selling out the American people? What was Obama's cut?

Elections are popularity contests.  Lies are usually told.  Besides how many times was I told that Cruz had no chance in a general election?  Itâ€s about hype and mass appeal.  Trump has “IT,” whereas most people donâ€t.  Anyway, we all knew what Trump was as a person.  He can be a total jackass.  That said,  he delivered on most of his big promises as well.  And as for Cruz I think he realized what Trump really was about when he started delivering, and like an adult he/Cruz put his butt hurt away, unlike some other notable others, and went into battle with Trump and actually defended him often
