Well let's just say comparing black American farmers to who Mugabe gave farms to isn't really a valid comparison especially given the differing systems of government and overall development. Marxist governments have managed to starve their populations with white and Asian farmers too. So not a very valid comparison.

OK then explain why my Irish ancestors starved. Should we keep the Irish from farming? There is no comparison between black American farmers who would obviously want to farm if they took advantage of this and the land give away by Mugabe for political gain. It's funny how people who consider themselves hard core conservatives are coming into the thread to practically defend this idiotic idea.

The only way you see defense of this idea is if your concept of 'defense' is not total dislike of it because it involves black people getting something.

I don't think white farmers will be displaced here, but they will be essentially locked out (not 100%, but many will be frozen out) of the future  farm market (land) if this stuff actually passes.  People with a background in farming and a desire to farm would be replaced by people with no experience and no real desire to do so.  This would take a little more time than what happened in Zimbabwe, but the results could very easily be devastating years down the road.

My point is that on a scale of 20K per year, those people simply do not exist.  This is ripe for more govt graft, etc, etc, etc...  Where are you going to find these kids?  Reality is that outside of some pockets in the south east, blacks mostly live in large urban areas.  They didn't grow up learning to farm.  Most of them likely have no desire to do so.  Most white kids don't either, but far more white kids grow up on farms.

The racial aspect of this is being pushed by Warren and Booker.  HT didn't get this party started.  These people openly admit that they want to use race to take tax payer money and lock some people out of the process in order to benefit others.  The govt is now beyond simply meddling in the free market to help fix crop prices.  This is social engineering.  

Now would the results be as massive and swift as they were in Zimbabwe?  No, but it could definitely cause issues over time.  Again, I want to know where these people are even going to come from.  Man, God forbid a white senator ask this obvious question on the floor of the senate.  His career/life would be over

I don't think so. I would think most are against people getting something for nothing at the government level regardless of who gets it.

So......I would agree with you on a high level.  Most are against government pork and give aways.
When you title a thread "Zimbabwe comes to America", the creator pushes a narrative, as opposed to say "More government waste......this time in farming"......Because it wasn't about government waste.  It was about the waste being given to blacks.
