It's completely his fault. If he had been doing what he was supposed to be doing after curfew, there would have been no problem. If he's smart, the next he chooses to be out after curfew he needs to be breaking storefront windows and tossing in molotov cocktails to burn down yet another family business. Then it's no problem.
