When they aren't the aggressors, of course.  Anyone can. If I kick in my neighbor's door in the middle of the night and instigate a gunfight, where he ends up dead, whose fault is that?
Conflating the police involved in crime and you kicking in neighbor's DOOR?  Please, that is STRAW MAN argument to the fullest.  You are not the police involved in gun fire at you.  Not even close to the same scenario.
And he throws his net and round and round you go for pages of incredible idiocy satisfying his weird needs stemming from his mental illness.
So you all know he's jacking off. Why reply? He says something retarded. You reply. He asks a retarded question. You reply. Pages of idiocy while he masturbates. It's gross.

It's a public service.  Think about if he was actually out procreating instead of jerking off all the time.  You want more of his kind running loose??

In the future, I hope you can come up with an intelligent response.
I'll do that as soon as ypu have an honest response.

Fact- everything you say about breonna Taylor is a fairy tale and you are either too dumb to realize it or too dishonest to say it.

Really? Like what?
The fact that it wasn't a "no knock" warrant as thwh knocking and announcing who they were.

But you knew this.

People have been victims of people claiming to be police that are actually home invaders. How does anyone know if the person kicking in their door in the middle of the night is actually the police?

You also knew that she and her boyfriend were drug dealing criminal thugs.

But hey, you really enjoy lying.

I know they were suspected of being involved in drugs and drug dealing.  In the US, people have a right to a trial to determine if they are guilty or not.

When people are unnecessarily dying at the hands of the government, for something that does not need to happen, percentages are irrelevant.

If we can save just one POS drug dealer ... .

And that mentality is the core of the problem.  You don't care that cops are shot and killed by people who are doing nothing more than defending themselves and their homes.  You also don't care that innocent people are shot and killed by government agents.
Which ones were innocent?  Sure as hell wasn't Taylor and her BF. Not trayvon, Mike brown, Freddie gray, or even the sainted george floyd.

All crimin thugs, all committing crimes, and all brought kn their own deaths by making extremely poor decisions.

They are all innocent until proven guilty.  I know...I know... those damn rights that we all have.  Ugh. So frustrating.  Just slows down people like HT who would gladly mow down any person suspected of any wrong doing.

At least you're consistent.  Circumstantial evidence, whether it be drug dealing, prior arrests for violence, etc...  and countless examples of voter fraud, are irrelevant to you without, pardon the pun, a smoking gun.

LOL. If they refuse to be taken into custody all bets are off.  Shooting at cops coming through your door cancels your rights to a fair and speedy trial by your peers and places you in the hands of the people you're shooting at.  You give up certain rights when you behave badly.

Police have rules regarding making an arrest when a crime is suspected.  I have no issue with that, in general.  My issue is with the practice of no-knock warrants.

So when a cop is shot at he shooooouuuuuuld....   do what exactly?  BT was a tragic situation brought on by unwise actions of the people she was surrounded by  --  previously and in that very moment

No-knock warrants regularly end in tragedy.  Of course, after they've kicked in the front door of someone's home and are being fired upon, they're going to defend themselves.  My issue is with how the situation evolved into  a gun fight.  As I've asked multiple times, and never received an answer, if I kick in the front door of my neighbor's house and instigate a gun fight where his wife dies, am I at fault or is my neighbor at fault?

If one decides to have a shoot out in their living room in the middle of the night it probably will not end well for the participants.  If this moron began shooting through the door at people other than police he probably would have scared them off.  Maybe not, but probably.  Shooting through the door at cops who have announced themselves is just rude behavior (LOL) and again, you've surrendered your rights till you've been taken into custody.  Trials always come after the arrests are made.

Why do people own guns if not for protection in this type of situation?

If this moron began shooting through the door at people other than police he probably would have scared them off.

And be in prison for firing his gun through his front door.
