He knows exactly what happened. Just another wild venture into stupid.

LOL. If they refuse to be taken into custody all bets are off. Shooting at cops coming through your door cancels your rights to a fair and speedy trial by your peers and places you in the hands of the people you're shooting at. You give up certain rights when you behave badly.
Again, how does anyone know who's coming through their front door in the middle of the night?
If one decides to have a shoot out in their living room in the middle of the night it probably will not end well for the participants.Â
Why do people own guns if not for protection in this type of situation?
If this moron began shooting through the door at people other than police he probably would have scared them off.Â
And be in prison for firing his gun through his front door.
Maybe not' but probably. Shooting through the door at cops who have announced themselves is just rude behavior (LOL) and again, you've surrendered your rights till you've been taken into custody. Trials always come after the arrests are made.
Again, how does anyone know who yelling and coming through your front door? You think because they yell "Police" that they're police?

I don't know how you can get so much wrong unless (and I think this is the answer) you do it deliberately.Â
Oddly, I think the same way about most of you.
Anyone that wasn't an idiot would never shoot through a door at anyone, cop or robber. You just don't do that.Â
Correct, which why I was confused that you would suggest such a thing.
If you're stupid enough to do that, you deserve a long stay at your state or federal prison.Â
Agree
Now, once someone breaks your door down and is entering you would have choices to make. If you're a drug dealing scumbag then you should choose wisely as to who you would shoot that was entering your house uninvited.Â
Which is a difficult assessment to make, in the middle of the night when it's dark and it could be literally anyone ramming down your door, right? What would you suggest? Assume that the intruder is going to have a change of heart, after ramming through your door, and leave peacfully?
When you're a drug dealing scumbag then no one would be considered a "friendly" that was coming into your house uninvited.  LOL. Really unenviable position this mutt put himself in.
Mutt or not, he has a right to defend himself, his girlfriend and her apartment if he chooses to.

As to the rest, If someone is breaking into my house and I don't think it is the cops ("police" was not announced) and they enter I will shoot if I am able.  You can defend your castle. I believe you can shoot a cop if he is breaks in without a warrant and unannounced. Drug dealers deserve whatever ire they provoke. I have no sympathy. He shot through the door. He lost all privileges at that point. Shooting blind through a door is the same as setting a lethal booby trap. Highly illegal and will end your freedom.

The point is, no-knock warrants, especially in the middle of the night, are dangerous and reckless and shouldn't be permitted. It does nothing to create a situation where really bad things can happen and they often do.
Not that it matters in a discussion about whether or not no-knock warrants should be issued, but it's not a known fact that Walked fired through the door.
Mattingly says he got all the way into the house and saw Walker pointing the gun. He heard Walkerâ€s shot and returned fire immediately. Mattingly had been hit in the leg, and would later learn the bullet had punctured his femoral artery. Walker did not fire his weapon again.

When they aren't the aggressors, of course. Anyone can. If I kick in my neighbor's door in the middle of the night and instigate a gunfight, where he ends up dead, whose fault is that? Conflating the police involved in crime and you kicking in neighbor's DOOR? Please, that is STRAW MAN argument to the fullest. You are not the police involved in gun fire at you. Not even close to the same scenario. And he throws his net and round and round you go for pages of incredible idiocy satisfying his weird needs stemming from his mental illness. So you all know he's jacking off. Why reply? He says something retarded. You reply. He asks a retarded question. You reply. Pages of idiocy while he masturbates. It's gross. This is why I rarely engage with pitch. It†s the same thing every time. It†s pointless. Why bother, because all one accomplishes is fulfilling his fantasy of sacrificing his sementic dribbles to his god Eros.
"Don't, I say don't bother me dog, can't ya see I'm thinkin'?" Foghorn Leghorn
