We Have a Vaccine UPDATE: POLL ADDED NOW!!
FOr those that didnâ€t get the vaccine, can I ask why?

I believe its your right as an American to not get it, but Iâ€m just wondering why.

We have a dozen other vaccines in our body, so why not this one?

THanks for any responses. THis is not about convincing you to get it, just looking for reasons.

Fear.
I'm against all over generalizations.

Regarding natural immunity and vaccine boosters. We know the recommendation currently is to get the vaccines even if you've had COVID and presumably have natural immunity. Recent research seems to show that immunity is substantial and durable. Research also shows at least one booster vaccine does increase immunity. I've been of the opinion the recommendation will probably end up being one booster. Now the vaccines look really good against variants so far including the Delta variant which will be dominant shortly. But there is troubling data out of South Africa that natural immunity may not be very good against the Delta variant. As such rather than a half hearted recommendation for a booster for those with natural immunity I'd strongly recommend getting at least one shot.

Watched a presser that Sen Ron Johnson, R Wis had yesterday introducing a handful or two folks who have had very negative impacts from the vaccine.

While I have much empathy for them, it was an estrogen driven 'noone cares about us' thing where it felt staged.

No longer GroupThink 'woke'.  but it was fun while it lasted.

I got the Pfizer vaccine so I could travel not because of covid. If I did not travel I would not have gotten the vaccine.

I have been trying to get infected with covid. I simply can't. Since Nov 2019 I've been to Japan, Korea, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Sydney, Melbourne, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Colombia, Chile, Bolivia, Peru, NY, PA, DE, MD, D.C., VA, and live in NJ. At what point should I be able to say I'm in no danger from covid?

I don't get the flu shot. Why? I never had the flu. I had a cold 2x in my life. 40 years apart. I'm not due for another cold until age 92. I'm 54.

I'm not anti-vaccine. I have plenty of vaccines GG, Hep, Tetanus to name a few.

I would damn sure hate to get COVID and have it be a severe case while I'm traveling in some of those places. Eff that. I make sure I'm up to date on all vaccines and take some antibiotics and supplies with me. I also had my cardiologist do a stress echo before going to Africa. No way I want to be in some Ashley Judd situation and need an angioplasty.

I get your point, and I agree. I do plan on getting the shingles vaccine. Might get the vaccine for pneumonia when I get older. GG, Hep, and Tetanus has kept me upright.

I've already had the sickness. That natural immunity is proving to be far more durable than a moderately successful, unresearched vaccine in which they've decided to use the world as their guinea pigs. No thanks.

Even if I hadn't gotten Covid organically, I would've done everything I could to get it intentionally.

From Becker's Hospital Report...

Moderna reports Delta variant susceptible to its COVID-19 vaccine
The Moderna COVID-19 vaccine produces neutralizing antibody titers against the Delta variant, although fewer than against the ancestral strain of the virus, the company announced yesterday.

Based on serum samples collected from eight phase 1 trial participants one week after the second dose of the vaccine, the reduction in neutralizing titers ranged from 2.1-fold for the Delta variant to 8.4-fold for Beta variants of the virus, although all the variants tested remained susceptible to mRNA-1273-elicited serum neutralization, the company said.

“These new data are encouraging and reinforce our belief that the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine should remain protective against newly detected variants,” said CEO StÃphane Bancel.

A couple of after effects of my 2nd COVID shot continues. The day after shot 2 I developed very dry eyes and the tissue around both of the eyes was very itchy. Also my sleep patterns remain somewhat disrupted. I'm waking up at 4am and can't go back to sleep. I usually set the alarm for 5:45am. The dry issue is slowly getting better. But the loss of nearly 2 hours of sleep a night is starting to catch up with me.

Do the Chinese vaccines have the Bill Gates 5G tracking chips in them?

Actually theyâ€ve gone one better. They created 6G tracking chips. They are always thing ahead.

It also asked what scientific evidence the doctor had—and requested she cite her sources— regarding her claims. One such claim, according to the Board was that “COVID-19 vaccines causing people to become magnetized or creating an interface with 5G towers.”

Another claim Dr Tenpenny made was “regarding the COVID-19 vaccine not injecting a real virus but strips of genetic material and patients suffering complications such as abnormal bleedings, myocarditis, strokes, and neurological complications.”

On top of these, she allegedly said that “some major metropolitan areas [were] liquifying dead bodies and pouring them into the water supply,” the Board wrote.

Ohio doctor who claimed Covid vaccines make people magnetic has licence suspended

An Ohio doctor who claimed that the Covid vaccine “magnetised” people and promoted 5G conspiracy theories has had her medical licence suspended by the state’s medical board.

Dr Sherri Tenpenny made headlines when she testified before the Ohio state legislature in June 2021 in favour of a bill that would prohibit any Ohio business or school from mandating vaccines.

“I’m sure you’ve seen the pictures all over the Internet of people who have had these shots and now they’re magnetised,” Dr Tenpenny said at the time. “They can put a key on their forehead. It sticks. They can put spoons and forks all over them and they can stick, because now we think that there’s a metal piece to that.”

Now she has also been fined $3,000, according to an order from the State Medical Board of Ohio. She is able to file for an appeal on the decision within 15 days after the date the notice was mailed.

Last month, the Board said that it proposed to take disciplinary action against her license to practice osteopathic medicine and surgery in the state, due to allegations that she “failed to respond to an investigator’s attempts to contact her, failed to respond to interrogatories from the Board, failed to appear at a deposition, and failed to appear at an investigative office conference.”

Really F'in Krazy, Jr. on 5G. BTW Sherri Tenpenny is a big backer of Retard Fuchhead Kennedy, Jr's campaign.
