 It will depend on auditing the mail ballots and checking signatures. I think all states need to be audited to ensure fair and legitimate elections.  They have elections in California and all over having Republicans beating Democrats for US and state representative.  Lots of dead voters and people voting multiple times. They have the algorithm of how they cheated. It will go to the individual state Supreme Courts and finally to the Supreme Courts. Statematic and Dominion rampant cheating in this election

The president argued the Constitution's guarantee of equal protection under the law was violated by the state when counties took different measures to inform voters of technical issues that arose with the unprecedented number of mail-in ballots.

I received the same update. Biden can't fill a MS gym. Trump fills a stadium, with people left standing outside. I'm sure I'll get called a liar by someone, been there, done that.

This is step 1.  There are more steps to go.  

Pennsylvania court decision against @RealDonaldTrump is a miscarriage of justice and nakedly political. Again, under the Constitution, it is ultimately up the Pennsylvania legislature to protect election integrity and appoint a clean slate of electors.
