I don't disagree, assuming they are presented in court at some point.  It will be very interesting to see what the legal system does with those, according to the legal team, hundreds of affidavits.

Apparently proof is the guilty party admitting to the world their wrong doing and hand delivering their evidence, wrapped in a bow, to the media.  Otherwise there will be no investigative journalism anywhere.

Trump campaign  only paying for recount of Milwaukee and Dane. If Dominion machines are the problem why not count all 60? Wouldn't the vote changing take place everywhere, siphoning off votes in every county, thus reducing a large number in one place which would raise suspicion?

Gents, if it's your view that legal matters must be litigated on talk shows prior to going to court, then I'll just say that we'll have to agree to disagree. 

Guys like Adam Schiff swore that he had proof of Russian collusion and he never produced anything and, in the end, there was nothing.

What I'm saying is that Tucker was doing his job to press on the issue.  To call him an ass for doing it indicates something that you really don't want.

Who cares about Adam Schiff.  You would have cheered if AS was pressed hard by the press for proof of his ridiculous claims.  Cheered it.  And they should have pressed him.  No more though than Powell/Giuliani should be pressed for their proof to the serious allegations that they've made publicly.  

What I'm finding is that there are many people who don't want a fair press and aren't angry that the press isn't neutral....they want a press that is on their side, just like it is on the Democrats side now.

People don't want a neutral court system that adjudicates based on the law, they want a court system that presses their agenda.....

For how long should the media keep allowing people to make such dangerous allegations without evidence?  Her press conference, while interesting, was bordering on Alex Jones type stuff.

Is this like the how many licks to the center of a tootsie pop question?   Apparently, the answer is 3 years, as in Russian collusion by Trump...it went on for 3 years with no proof.  Multiple investigations, a special council, congress, every liberal news reporter, leaks, still no proof!  So, we can drag this out for 3 years and claim Biden is illegitimate and a Chinese asset for 3 years.

1) When it comes to Jesus, it truly is a black and white choice. But I wouldn't attribute that to Republicans.

The problem is that investigative reporters generally present their findings and let the viewer/reader come to conclusions.  Trump's team is telling us, among many things, that the election was stolen, there was, without a doubt, mass voter fraud, millions of votes were stolen by the Dominion software and that it was orchestrated by foreign entities.  Every single claim they are making as fact is 100% unproven and speculation.

That is dangerous and irresponsible.
