What do liberals bring to society?

Seriously folks a Democrat needs Republicans, but we sure as hell do not need them.

Can anyone explain to me how they contribute to society and what pivotal roles that they perform in our society?

Fact- they need us a heck of a lot more than we need them.

I think you meant to say "leftists". Please stop calling them "liberals". Liberals believe in individual freedoms and personal responsibility as well as freedom of expression and honest and fair elections. The people you're referring to are "leftists".

There are democrats who build things, manufacture things, deliver things, preach the Bible, own businesses, fix things, etc. What an odd all or nothing attitude towards your fellow Americans. If you had said law makers or party officials you would have slightly more of an argument but then again republican lawmakers/part officials are a fairly miserable lot of human beings, too.

I'm not saying that some leftists do contribute to society, but what skill do they perform that is necessary to our country?

To be perfectly blunt, leftists need conservatives/Republicans/trump supporters a million times more than we need them.

They're nothing but a drain on society (as a whole).

As where if we had nothing but conservatives we wouldn't miss 1 thing from them. Not actors, poets, college professors, or preachers. Heck our nation would thrive beyond belief.

The liberals of the 1960's are largely responsible for the mess we have today and for turning liberalism into Leftism.  They destroyed our schools, our legal system, our cities, and our government.  Now the Democrats are no longer liberals but instead Leftists who seek power and control at all costs.  They play by no rules and seek to destroy not defeat the opposition.  That is now what the Democrats are trying to do.

FDR was a big-government fascist that adored Benito Mussolini, at least until Mussolini invaded Ethiopia.  Much of the western left also admired Mussolini.  Hitler, of course, gave fascism a bad name and so the American leftists that infected media and academia re-defined fascism and declared it a "far-right" ideology.  Whenever I discuss this with leftists, they invariably quote some bullshit dictionary which says that fascism is a "far-right" ideology.  They can never actually articulate in their words as to how fascism is consistent with right-wing ideology.  They cling to the dictionary definition.  They are simpletons.
