Let's talk about the House of Representatives. RCP has it 204-190, with a net gain of 6 seats for the Rs, with many races not called. In my quick scan of the remaining races, I see the R currently leading in 26, the D up in 15. If this holds, that would be D 219, R 216. I think that's 3 short, so I missed something somewhere. I'll go over it in more detail later.
Regardless, the Rs will likely pick up 10-15 seats, leaving Crazy Nancy with a razor thin majority for 2 years, until they are swept out of power in 2022 (assuming Biden wins).
Bottom line, regardless of what happens with the Presidency, Tuesday was a GREAT night for Republicans in the two congressional houses. Great Blue Wave, my arse!

We cemented gridlock in NC too. Dem gov, with pub Lt. Gov, and pub state houses.

I can work with gridlock. The last time the Dems had everything they surely screwed up my career and worsened the health of countless Americans as a result. Idk which industry they would've trashed first (probably energy) but I don't doubt it would be something significant. Gridlock is OK the Feds don't do anything but screw up everything they touch and spend a lot of money doing so.

My dad thinks Trump's arrogance cost him a % or two. And he voted for him twice as opposed to my once. IDK...

Nothing wrong with being partisan, but Pelosi impeaching Trump over an obvious contrived phony issue and her other comments and activities including the phony Russia collusion issue go far beyond partisanship. She is dangerous and has no concerns for the damage her actions do. I would classify her as traitor who would destroy the country to keep her power.
