It seems that Trump's statement is inaccurate.  Am I missing something?

Maybe I missed it....but they seem to have forgotten to add some important information. Is the money received from "China" for what they rent in Trump Tower significantly more than 'market value' for the real estate space in that district? or is it in line?

That seems to be an important data point.
