You are probably right and itâ€s probably something she thinks she needed to say to avoid controversy and get approved.  If someone was able to get the issue back to SCOTUS, especially if sheâ€s approved, I bet it would get shot down.  For sure Iâ€d like to minimally say no late term abortions, and I donâ€t know where that limit is.  Personally Iâ€m thinking nothing after 3 months, but thatâ€s an uninformed limit.  Can physical or potential mental issues be detected that early?   There are a lot of people who can handle those issues and probably an equal number who canâ€t.  I know someone who had 3 kids and 1 had a severe mental issue and has been in some kind of facility since they were 6 y/o.  What kind of life is that for the person and parents?

I believe there are times when abortion is appropriate, humane and moral, such as when one would be severely disabled and unable to think or care for themselves.  Sending them to Heaven is not a bad thing.

CNN is reporting that Amy Barrett will be the choice. But they're fake news, so who knows?

You have to LOL at the dems/media crying over Trump filling this seat.   All the crooked things they pulled to undo him, from the phony Russian connection, to spying on this campaign, to setting up Flynn, to the FISA warrants, to the whistle blower....impeach....Kavanaugh fit over confirmation....so now they whine about Trump doing something which is his job according to the constitution?   Doing something they dislike?  WAH[Image: emoji24.png]

She was confirmed just last year and she received 27 votes from Democratic Senators including Diane Feinstein who leads the a Democratâ€s on the Judiciary Committee.  They could very well vote against her a year later but it would look very hypocritical of them.

Sheâ€s Latino which COULD help Trump in Florida where sheâ€s from plus other heavily Latino populated states like Texas, Arizona and Nevada.

Just sayinâ€, I think sheâ€s the smart choice.  If he picks Barrett, Iâ€m not jumping off a bridge.

If a party has to choose candidates because of their skin color, biology, or how they sing - the war is lost. The left selects candidates this way.

Regarding your question about physical or mental issues, some can be detected by 12 weeks. Ultrasound screening for fetal anomalies is better done later in the pregnancy though.

It looks like Amy Barrett is the pick and it appears that she has an adopted, black, son.  I presume the lying, loving-left will still find a way to brand her a racist.

She has 2 adopted kids from Haiti and has a kid with Down's so she walks the walk. There are absolutely no legitimate issues with her appointment and in the past it would have been unanimous.
The left freaks about conservative jurists for 2 reasons. One is legitimate but the other isn't. First they want leftist activist judges to get them what they want when democracy doesn't work in their favor. Which is a legitimate concern if you're a liberal. Secondly they are afraid conservative judges will be conservative activist judges. That's not a legitimate concern as liberals don't seem to understand judicial activism based on personal beliefs is antithetical to being a conservative jurist. I believe she's made that point herself. Conservative jurists by definition aren't activist.

Bill Maher the jackhead was quoted as saying get ready to carry a rape baby to full term!  WTF?  So, we need abortion for the rare instances a woman is raped and gets pregnant and can't get RU 486 a month or AFTER this event?   Abortion I'm sure is or can be legal when a woman's life is at stake as well.   He also mentioned ACA going away like that is something great.   He also mentioned the Paris Climate Accord AND the Iran nuclear deal as great liberal causes.   What a jackhead.

In addition to aborting babies conceived through rape, should we also execute people who were conceived through rape?

Ah!  Here's the angle.  She kidnapped those black children, undoubtedly to use them as house servants.

Great pick by trump. No need to appease the left with a moderate. The Hispanic vote and suburban housewife demographic will decide this election. Cant wait to watch the dems vilify
catholics and push both demographics 5 points to trump.
