Pitch thinks only criminals have rights.  You as a law abiding citizen have no right to live in a safe orderly society free from people who refuse  to not drink and drive.

We have laws for a reason.  If you violate the law, once or 100 times, you get punished when you're caught.  The idea that the government has the authority to tell a person, who's not incarcerated, that they can't own and operate a car on public roads, is clearly wrong.

CLEARLY?   No, it is not CLEARLY wrong.  You may have an opinion of that being wrong but voters elected legislators and they pass laws on DUI, etc.  IF you commit these crimes over and over by DUI and this leads to homicide the state doesn't HAVE to give you a license ever again.  You forfeited that right.  If you can continue to break the law over and over and kill people where is the deterrence to OBEY the law?

yeah, try to find 'separation of church and state' in the constitution....it isn't there.  The only protections found there are protecting the church from the state, not vice versa.

The government infringes all the time for the greater good (and greater good debates can be contentious). Sleepy Joe is about to do it by enforcing masks everywhere (refer to contentious comment).  It's done by making auto insurance mandatory or by banning smoking in public places. The list goes on and on.  

As for driving, convicted DUI's may be forced to use breathalizers after they're released from prison.  The same principle applies to anyone on probation, which may last for a very long time depending on the situation.  

So arguing about infringement being wrong is silly if you agree with any of the other infringements.

The 10th amendment is also often used by the respective cabinet positions to regulate the hell out of commerce and trade too if I'm not mistaken.
