Not going to happen.  The people doing the rioting and looting control the politicians in places like Minneapolis and Atlanta.  This is the constituency of those mayors.  They are not doing this just because of some wrong perception about what happened in Minneapolis by the police.  They want to literally overthrow the system and create their own.  Welcome to the jungle.
