We befriended a Vietnamese woman who was a waitress while going to school. She told me the worst tippers are minorities. I thought this was not enough info, so I started asking all the girls at the casino. Asian, black, Hispanic, white all told me their opinions. Here are the results.

Of all places to quote High and make accusations on the race bait issue, this is probably the worst one.   

Where I give some leeway is in US cities blacks have taken over the leaderships but the reality is they have taken over already wrecked inner cities.  They just happen to be in charge of the already wrecked train.

As far as countries in Africa, I would have to agree with High.  These countries have not progressed (at least none I am aware of).  The excuse making is getting old.
