200 troops of course is nothing. How many are actually getting pulled out?

I think there were something like 4,000 troops in Syria, now there will be about 400. Britain and France both said they would not maintain any troops in Syria if the US pulled out 100%. The troops are basically there to babysit the Kurds, so the Turks won't try anything if they-the US troops-leave entirely. |
