Good night at the Dundee Tavern this evening.  Spoke with the owner for awhile while enjoying that excellent Dundee IPA brewed locally by Monnick Brewing.  Best IPA ever.  Cannot get away from it.   Good people trying to run a business in a liberal Democrat commie area with a local government that keeps raising their taxes. I hate Democrats and all the scum blood sucking groups who vote for them.

How are they raising taxes?   Property?

Various ways.  Income, increased taxes on insurance policies such as your home owners policy and the newest is based simply on the location of your business.  Democrats run this area and are completely corrupt.  We will soon become Memphis.

Picked up some Chillwave Great Lakes this week.  9% ABV.  Has the distinctive Great Lakes taste and the Hoppy IPA flavor with a sweet finish.

  Don't ***** your pants neal I did go get the exact taste.  If it wasn't for bird brains like you I'd not fool with explaining this.

Bright tropical fruit flavors swell on the palate as sweet malt hangs ten on the finish. Wax up, hop heads! This seasonal favorite hits our shoreline only once a year.

Ballast Point Sculpin tonight.   Damn good beer but tad big high at 15 bucks for 6 beers.  I can't stop drinking the one and only I've had tonight.
Oh, and to describe the taste is has a citrus with hoppy and sweet delicious taste.   REALLY GOOD.    7% ABV

I had almost forgotten about Chill Wave.  I need to pick some up.  I might ask the Dundee if they can get it for one of their taps.

I think the Ballast Point is better but not by much.   Love that citrus taste in an IPA.

I had some Ballast Point on tap when they had a tap takeover but its been a couple of years and I can't remember much about it.  So many different kinds of beer from so many breweries around here I can't remember them all.

That's a good buy.   I have one left from the six I purchased. REALLY good beer.  Picked up some more Chillwave.  I wanted some more of the Bodhi and Uncle Rusty but the party connection did not have any.

Picked up some GREAT IPA from Columbus Brewery tonight at 12 per six.  Hint of malt, slight bitter finish and a golden hue in my glasses causes me to embellish this fine beer.  Picked up some very sweet finish Chill Wave with a hint of malt and slightly earthiness AND some STRONG HOPPY Bodhi Columbus Brewery best at about 9% IPA.





I'VE had TWO so far ALL day.  Need to pick it up!!!

Good night of beer drinking this evening at my local craft place.  They had one of my favorites on their visitor taps tonight, Catalina Breeze, a really tasty west coast IPA that runs about 7%.  Sat and talked a bit with one of the Mile Wide founders. Mile Wide Brewing might be the best local craft brewer here in town.

Flying Dog Raging BItch tonight with malt flavors and similar to christmas ale with some fruit in it.  About 8% ABV which was Maryland brewery , also had a BOHDI from Columbus Brewery

The wife and I were out walking yesterday and stopped at a bar we've passed but never entered, sat on the patio and had a beer. I went for the Two Hearted IPA which I had not had (draft) in a while. I knew I liked it, it was very good. It was a warm day and we had walked a couple miles at that point. Pretty nice bar actually, didn't try their food. It's right on an unimproved part of the Beltline, which that gets done that place will take off.
