Beer for wine drinkers:

[Image: CAtHXFrwcohNSvDqyEnBsExCE__gPt_rJvUMT3y_...02kfS=s150]
Country Boy Passion Fruit Cider
Fruit Cider6.9% ABV
Country Boy BrewingLexington, KY
Pint: $6Half Pint: $3.5064 oz Growler: $18.50
Like a dry wine with complex flavors. The apple character marries with the added fruit to create a balanced flavor.

UnTapped.....

Anyone else on it? Someone mentioned Rate Beer which I used to use. I like untapped for the fact I can get opinions from people I know and know their tastes.

The bad is a certain group think. Some Brewers have ranges and a floor, and even their poorer outputs will be rated higher than another brewery's better output.

Thanks guys, I actually learned something. It didn't really bother me, but I never knew that sugar was an ingredient.

Work with a guy who drinks between 18-20 beers after work and up to 35 PER DAY on weekends.   Diabetic.  Has had multiple episodes of shock last few months.  He's is about 53-54 and a total idiot to drink that much with that condition.

His life revolves around coors light and a bar stool.  Sad.

I don't drink till after 8:30.  Going to have an Eliot Ness at 8:30 first, then a Sierra Nevada Torpedo second, and have this beer about 10:30.  I'll report in at that time!!! Big Grin

Might not matter.  I'm not sure Columbus Brewing distributes around here.

The Uncle Rusty was gone.  We have a great place in town Called the Party Connection and they carry about everything but did not have the Imperial Red Ale in TODAY so I bought this.  Only two left in the store.  I'll give a free plug to my friend Becky who owns the place.

HighTop, you may have had it already, but if not you must try the Sierra Nevada Tropical Torpedo IPA.  Some of the best beer I've EVER tasted.  Tried to get it at the Party Connection but not in and Kroger ran out.   Dang.

Good night of beer drinking tonight at my local craft place.   Went with the Lagunitas IPA right off the bat.  Runs a little over 6% and I would consider it light and easy drinking.  Next up was Upland Smores Bourbon Barrel Teddy Bear Kisses.  A big bad dark ale that runs 10.0%.  That is a 10 ounce pour but I got 18 ounces for a couple of rounds.   Smile

Back home and eating supper with a Mile Wide Idlewild IPA.   Big Grin

My wife made hamburgers and oven fries.  Having a Conway's Irish Ale, then Sierra Nevada torpedo and finishing up with a Bodhi.
