I would not have guessed that at all, I might have guessed top ten.

Unfortunately, we were only #58 in rushing yards per game.

Top ten stats are obviously good unless a team fattens them up on pastries and falls down with good opponents. I know OSU scored 62 last year on some pastry, I forget who it was, and that probably accounts for these good figures.

In all seriousness though, there was really only maybe 2 other times I can recall having the feeling that the OSU QB was absolute money.  When you had to have that completion he was going to get it, and 9 times outta 10 he did:  That was Troy Smith and Joe Germaine's senior years. 

FWIW, I think Haskins was the best of the 3.  I say that because the team was more or less on his shoulders.  Germaine had a great defense going for him, and Smith had a stout running game behind him.  Haskins had neither.
