Well, at least the Libs can't say the call for impeachment is bi-partisan anymore. This guy is strictly a "look at me" kind of animal. Good riddance.

TDS isn't unique to the Dem party. I think BG hit on something with the China stuff too. Not even our libertarian Republicans are as pure as the wind driven snow like we like to think they are.

Labels like "libertarian" obviously don't work well in all cases, maybe in even some cases. Life would be boring if we could classify large groups with such collective terms. I guess most "libertarians" are just leaning that way to one degree or another, and not really whatever the dictionary has to say 100%.
Libertarianism (from Latin: libertas, meaning "freedom") is a collection of political philosophies and movements that uphold liberty as a core principle. Libertarians seek to maximize political freedom and autonomy, emphasizing freedom of choice, voluntary association, and individual judgment. This definition might cover everyone here in a general sense. There are even libertarian socialists out there.
I just finished a book "Jefferson and the Barbary Pirates". Early in our history, a lot of leaders desired to have no standing army or navy. Then we discovered we need both when pirates began predating our commercial ships and holding sailor in slavery.
A nation that trades will have to have some means of protecting the sea lanes. https://usnhistory.navylive.dodlive.mil/...t-of-1794/

He's right about this:
“The two-party system has evolved into an existential threat to American principles and institutions.â€

And, good to see Trump chimed in and remind us that he is a 13 year old girl in an adult man's body.
"Great news for the Republican Party as one of the dumbest & most disloyal men in Congress is 'quitting'Â the Party," Trump tweeted.Â

I think the electoral college ensures we'll have a two party system except perhaps for a couple of years.

You can certainly view it that way under normal circumstances, but when a member of your own party sides with people basically attempting a non violent coup against you? I'd probably be a little salty myself. And oh yeah, "Becky" is fat and ugly too. Â

There is something wrong with these people that claim the mueller report concludes an obvious case for impeachment
They want to stick to the story of misinformation. Blinded in stupidity and incensed with hate that their coup was foiled They want to continue investigating instead of legislating.

People have claimed in some detail how there is an obvious case for obstruction that I've seen. I did not personally find it persuasive. One FB poster claimed that Trump colluded when he asked the Russians to find Hillary's lost emails. Seriously.
My response is "If the House thinks Trump committed obstruction, they are duty bound to impeach him." Of course, I'd guess 2/3rds of "us" think that means he's out of office and Pelosi becomes President, or something.
