Nothing criminal was every charged to an American for anything vis a vis Russia/Trump collusion.   Were there ethics violations involved?  Turpitude? Probably in terms of wanting to gain any information Russia had on Clinton that would help assure a win.

I never got the part where people say he wouldn't tell the FBI.  I thought he said he would right in his immediate remarks.  I'd listen and I'd tell the FBI.  What's the issue? I know, I know.  It's Trump.  Still though...  enough already with the daily meltdowns.  Can they keep this up all the way til next November?  Actually I think they can.  I mean, they've made it this far.
