But huge snow and tornadoes are ok.

Temp is 44 degrees and dips to 20s or 30s at night.  It will improve in few weeks to 60-70

Whoever told you that is nuts.   It never snows here.  It rains some but unless we get some type of big storm it rains seldom.

Well after my brother in law mentioned it to me, I did see the possibility on the weather channel as the models had Wilmington indeed in the path of the snow storm.  My brother and sister in law who lived in Wilmington NC for over 25 years not just 3 years, who were involved in an snow caused automobile accident ironically just at the bottom of the snow cut bridge, are not nuts.
