I think there are 3 loss teams out there that are better than Indiana.  You really have to take everything into consideration if you want to get the best 12 teams.

How do you explain tOSU playing an HBCU Grambling in 2025?

Everyone plays cupcakes. We don’t play them the week before our biggest rivalry game though.

Grambling is not a cupcake, it's a lot worse. It's an HBCU program. tOSU should never play these types of teams. Florida A&M got blown out 76-0 when they visited the shoe.

They shouldn’t, but they also have an out of conference game against Texas. Unfortunately you’re going to see those type of matchups go away. Theres no incentive to schedule them anymore.

Agreed. Why play a top 10 team and risk losing when teams can play lower tiered teams with minimal risk.

Look at tOSU schedules of the 1990s. Football was fun back then.
