The stress tests this nation endures on the fronts of individual liberty and blind justice have been vast going back to the days of rigged courts against blacks, all the way up through today with this DEI crap (violating the very spirit of what MLK fought for), the Trump persecution, and the guilty verdict of D Chauvin, where mob justice put him behind bars. Dude needs a retrial, removed from the hysteria of 2020.

Trump won, cases stalled, or appeals on guilty. Besides Chauvin, who has been railroaded?
These Woke DEI programs are falling left and right.

Dang, I wished everything in life worked this way.
Seriously though, I didn't know anything was in the works. I just always thought it was obscene that he was in jail when med expert(s) testified that it was drugs, not Chauvin's knee, that killed him.
Disclaimer: I don't know if that's the specific way it was stated, but I think I'm in the general ballpark.

Wokeism has been creeping into our legal system as well. The Chauvin case, before that George Zimmerman. The cop that shot the kid in St. Louis. Kyle Rittenhouse. Duke LaX. etc... It's been the overzealous prosecution and mob justice attempted. So far the system has been mostly holding up. Hence my use of "stress test."
Wokeism/DEI has also cost people jobs, scholarships, etc... It's not simply just the legal system.

In Louisville about a month ago, another trial concluded for one of the 3 Breonna Taylor hoax police officers. He was charged by Merrick Garlands DOJ and convicted by a local jury of morons for criminally denying Breonna Taylor her civil rights. His crime? After his partner had been shot by Taylor's drug dealer boyfriend while serving the search warrant, the officer returned fire to protect himself and the other two officers including the one who was seriously injured from the gunshot. Per the DOJ, that action violated St. Breonna's civil rights even though no one was hit by the officer's return fire. The officer could now spend the rest of his life in prison.

Zimmerman won
Duke players won and prosecutor disbarred
Cop in St louis won
Again, the system won out
Id say the stress test showed courts are fine
Truth is as I've shown with links is woke is rejected and dying. It’s obvious

Yes it is, but in the mean time it's put this nation through one helluva stress test. This idea of the process being the punishment must end. Malicious prosecution must be looked into. Without help $$$ average people have no chance to stand up against these machines. This sh1t has to stop.

Cosgrove's shots hit Taylor, not Hankison's who was railroaded with the civil rights charges.

Without knowing the 1000s of cases nationwide a blanket statement of malicious prosecution in face of cases won really is moot.
What can be done? Public defenders are free and conservative legal firms do pro bono work. Those wrongly prosecuted can sue. How many blacks wrongly convicted decades later are released and awarded money?

One of the best things in recent years to happen to cops is/are body cams. The narrative of racial injustice by the cops is dying a slow death. These hoaxes are beginning to hit the rear view mirror. Hoping they stay there.

Woke insanity is alive and well in our cities. Zig even posted a story today about a lard ass "fat positivity expert" hired in San Fran. The stuff going on in Louisville is as bad.

Malicious prosecution wasn't meant to be a blanket statement, just in the cases of it being clear. We just had Daniel Penney. Poster child for it. I can't imagine the stress that put his family and him through.

Nearly all those people dishonestly prosecuted have had their lives ruined by the process. Being found not guilty doesn't undo all that.
