Both this year because stretchin Gretchen and the dems moved the Michigan primaries up. GOP rules only allowed for Michigan and other states to start in March. The GOP said F it and did delegates from both. (at least that's how I understood it) We couldn't vote in the caucus vote anyway unless you were a representative for your area.
