I have sold that line for years starting with the Original and Game Tame. They have one for Brisket also.
And a couple of new other ones.
Being from Carolina you probably know the Sticky fingers line my company helped make them $$$$$$$ also.
Other than Sweet Baby Rays , Stubbs and Sticky Fingers are the only BBQ sauces i'll use.

Grilled a ton of steaks Saturday for my wife's family up in Cleveland; there were about 20 of us all together. Was able to visit with my wife's great grandmother, who turns 103 this fall. Marinated the ribeyes in olive oil, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, oregano, chili powder, and some Leah and Perrin's Worcestershire sauce, for about 6 hours. Also did 3 packs of Bahama Mamma's from Schmidtt's. There were no leftovers ha!

Once we get closer to BBQ grilling time, we all need to post our favorite recipes, rubs and marinades, or technique.

When is it not grilling time? Sure Iâ€m in NC, but Iâ€ll grill in snow.

I donâ€t miss it, I do miss the freezer full of Walleye I would  be grilling now.

I grill 3 times a week, minimum, year round.  My neighbors think I am nuts out there in January throwing steaks or burgers on.  I pretty much just use the charcoal grill too.

Grilled the laast 2 nights. Burgers the other night, and then steak last night. Try to not to red meat back to back but that's what my wife wanted.

Burger Rub:

Salt, Pepper, Onion, Garlic, Chili Powder, Oregano

Steak Rub:

Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Onion, Paprika

Grilling some boneless chicken breasts tonight. Some butter to keep it moist, then adding BBQ sauce, and finishing with pepperjack cheese. Sometimes add some bacon to it before the cheese.

Sides of pirogies in carmelized onions and green beans.

You rub the butter on? if so how long before hitting the grill.?

i don't apply my BBQ  sauce till about 3/4 through grilling process.

I rub it on as it's cooking.....I turn chicken about every 2 minutes, so it gets about 7 dabs(15 minutes) of butter before the BBQ goes on(because I too do the sauce only the last 1/4).....
