Massachusetts, California, Hawaii, Michigan and Maryland all prohibit the use of credit score in determining auto insurance rates because, in those states' opinions, it's discriminatory. I wonder if those same states would strike this down as well. I'm guessing not since they're blue states...what hypocrisy that would be.

So far 27 states have joined in penning "a strongly worded email" (my words  ) in condemning this insanity. My question: ONLY 27???? I'll have to watch again, but there was a segment in there discussing a payment on a 300K home going from approx $1700 to over 3K for people with good credit scores. You gotta be kidding me. "They" are absolutely going for the gold. This is unreal.  Folks, the lunatics with Sociology degrees are driving us over a cliff. Honestly, we MUST have a reset. It's our reset vs theirs. We cannot lose to stuff like this or the country as we've always known it is gone forever. DC needs to be completely gutted and restarted under that pesky constitution thing. This is unsustainable. "This" being the hard left's vision for America.

Isn't their *idea* is that everyone is supposed to own a home/apartment/etc?
This type of sh!t will end up doing the opposite and renting will be the better option for people that aren't rich.

You want a new home? Just quit paying your bills on time. Screw it, just quit paying them altogether.  I just wonder how the POTUS can snap his fingers and make something like this essentially the law. There has to be a separation of powers issue here. If not with congress there has to be a state thing. It's like with the climate crap. How can they just do this? No laws passed. States cut out of the process, etc...

I'm pretty sure this is being paid up front by homebuyers. It's all a little fuzzy, but I can't see any way a payment could possibly go up that much. If it did, this would crash the housing market overnight.
