Bread rocks. Probably used as the background music in Heaven.
I'd put 3rd in a room with nothing but Red Hot Chili Peppers playing. Â
Zig, I'd probably play Gimme Dat Thing. Â
This board has absolutely no taste in music. None.
What's wrong with RHCP? I've seen them in concert. Give it away, I don't like that song and it is annoying.

Grohl overdoes it with the F bombs, but this was cool.Â

LOL. I have always enjoyed JT music (I've seen them in concert and it was good) but this is hysterical. I would definitely include this performance on this list. Thanks for sharing.

I hate to admit that there was about 5 minutes in the 90s where I enjoyed listening to their love child, a.k.a. Ace of Base. Â

I call your Yoko Ono, Barney and Tiny Tim, and yes, even Abba. I'm laying down a royal flush.Â
Don't say I didn't warn you........ and this is an example of what is supposed to be of the highest quality of Beijing Opera. In the times of the Emperors, there were no women performers, the role of women was performed by eunuchs. So in the current version, I assume the performers are not eunuchs, but they are still men.
Yeah.  Chinese “cultureâ€.  Cats singing
It has to be dieing faster than western opera right?

I can listen. Â Good pop
Gimmie Gimmie Gimmie is too much. Â But my wife likes the Erasure version so I get subjected to it not infrequentlyÂ
ABBA was one of the first albums I bought when I was in Jr high. That and Elton. My parents were religious and didn†t do current pop music except Diamond, Cash, Denver and selected country songs.  I had to buy my own radio first.  Not sure how ABBA got to be first.  It wasn†t disco??
Wanna test your manhood? Roll down the car window and crank ABBA. The looks you get…. Helps when you have a car full of girls…

Sounds like you were the real-life reincarnation of Footloose!
I gave up caring about what people thought of my music preferences years ago. As you know, I love Foo Fighters. I also love grunge/alternative. In my teens, I was huge into rap. NWA, Eazy-E, EPMD, Notorious BIG...  My CDs/Playlists included everything, so I just got used to the fact that people were going to know that I like ABBA, Erasure and a lot of other pop bands that would be seen as unmanly. My close circle of friends knew about my (questionable) taste and gave me a hard time, but whatever.

It has to be dieing faster than western opera right? The truth is that it is popular. Naturally more with the traditionalist 50+ crowd. The government is strongly pushing traditional Chinese cultural values onto young people in the last ten or so years, so I†m expecting to see the popularity of it to remain. A lot of people essentially use it as an example of the proof of their traditional bona fides.
