I’d be interested in seeing more background to that 84% number than a talking head on The Five. Not saying she’s lying…as I don’t know. But I do say that talking opinionators on ALL the stations slant the ‘facts’ to prove their opinions, they don’t go where the facts lead them.

I don't have a source for this, it's just from memory.  In the past, I remember the criticism of the Obama deportation numbers was that they included those turned away at the border who never officially entered the country.  If that is true, it makes sense that a large proportion of deportees did not have a hearing.

I could see that because the Obama admin played this weird game of being “pro immigrant “ but then also ended up bragging about their deportations. So I have no problem believing that they’d fudge the numbers to make themselves look a certain way.

It was odd. The "cages" were built during his administration and he followed the law on deportations. I wouldn't say he was aggressive and trying to shut things down but he was certainly enforcing things at least as much or more than predecessors. The advocate types here in AZ were well aware but their complaints went nowhere. Obama had full support of the Dems so it was ignored. He definitely played it both ways very dishonestly. He talked pro immigrant and acted the opposite. If he was criticized for being pro immigrant he'd point to the deportations. And it never really hurt him politically. Very calculated and very dishonest.

None of them had to deal with the problem on the same scale.

The left's treason on immigration is in a different phase now.

No it's not.  The same laws have applied for decades.  The only difference is that Biden, because Dems are perceived as more friendly toward immigrants, had a longer line waiting to get in.  Nobody gets to create their own immigration rules.

Poor Biden was just a victim to the "perception" that democrats are softer on immigration. 

In every other way he was no different than Trump, or Obama, or anyone else. 

I don't know if the Jonestown followers were as loyal as p!tch is to them democrats.

Neither Biden nor Obama nor Bush nor Clinton can make up their own immigration/asylum laws.  Even Trump couldn't magically change laws in his first term, he just modified the process to make asylum seekers wait in Mexico.

The only person completely circumventing our laws is Trump and he's doing it by misusing an Alien Enemies Act that has nothing to do with Venezuela.

Send them all back with a court date of 2045. Same thing they do when they enter illegally. They will get their "due process" if they show up for the hearing.
