No matter what he does, it's wrong.

I’ll say it again. 84% of Obama deportees had no hearing. That would be something most of us agree, regardless of party. GOPe want to argue that. Bama demands that even if they've had a hearing, that the get another hearing just to be sure.
Sooner is repulsed by it.

When are you going to stop lying about people’s voiced stands? I'm not lying. The "Maryland man" already had his day in court and you said he still needed due process.
So evidently you think he needs another trial.

The media screams that he didn't get due process and you fell for it hook line and sinker.

What are the laws on deportation?
The foreign national may be held in a detention center before trial or deportation. Find out how to locate someone detained by ICE.
After a noncitizen is detained, they may go before a judge in immigration court during the deportation (removal) process. In some cases, a noncitizen is subject to expedited removal without being able to attend a hearing in immigration court. Expedited removal may happen when a noncitizen:
Comes to the U.S. without proper travel documents
Uses forged travel documents
Does not comply with their visa or other entry document requirements
Learn more about deportation under an order of expedited removal.

You don’t understand my position. You show no desire to understand anyone’s position. It would seem that your only desire is to pump the administration’s position whether right or wrong, and bash anyone who doesn’t do the same.

Welp, I guess that covers all of them. Who, exactly, deserves any appearance in front of a judge if they are here with no proper travel documents? What a scam being played on the American public by the socialists. They all deserve a date in court. Bullschitt.

Your position is that following the law. Regardless of morally and ethically wrong, is sacred and even if we don't like the law, we must follow it or else the entire system could crumble.
However IMO we ARE following the law, we're just not falling for the left wing bullshite of having to jump through 5000 hoops to remove a known gangbanger.
However you and sooner and folks like you, ALWAYS fall for theit bullshite because that's what you do.
The Maryland man was absolutely a bad guy. He's had his day in court. And he needs to be in CECOT.

Exactly- 90% of the ones who entered under Biden threw their papers away when they entered, si therefore all of those folks can and should be removed immediately.
Regardless of how upset the bootlickers feel.

Obama didn't do anything that hasn't been done by every other president. Despite what Trump may lead you to believe, there are laws that are required to be followed to deport somebody.
You can be deported immediately upon crossing the border if you don't pass the initial screening. You can be deported if you are caught within a hundred miles of the border within 14 days of crossing illegally. If you have been in the country for over a year, you are prohibited from requesting asylum, though you can try to request an exception if your circumstances justify it.
Neither Obama nor any other president had to invoke wartime acts, and pretend that we are at war with countries we aren't at war with, to deport people.

That’s the whole point! Trump has to do that crap because he’s not allowed to do his damn job! There were no violins playing for the 84% Obama deported without “due process.” Trump can’t go to the bathroom without some judge declaring some injunction. Sir, I demand you shove that turd back into your colon!

We have laws. The president, including Trump, needs to follow them, also.

He’s appealing this nonsense and will comply with whatever SCOTUS says. In the mean time it’s time to put judge shopping and nationwide injunctions, by district court judges, to bed.

It's been, I believe, 20 days since scotus ruled that Trump needed to bring abrego Garcia back from El Salvador.
Trump literally had the president of El Salvador in the White House a few days after the ruling and they both joked about the fact that they aren't bringing him back here.

It’s El Presidente’s call now. Not Trump’s.
If we didn’t have an active, fluid coup or, dare I say, insurrection going on we wouldn’t be forced to watch this nonsense play out to begin with.

Funny how the same people who had no problem with Biden and company wiping their asses with immigration law and American sovereignty are such sticklers now for the letter of the law.
