He is a Detective, based in Skid Row.  Well worth a watch/listen, even for Pitch (you might be surprised)!

Full disclosure, I've known Jim for years, although we call him Knocko.  One of the best guys I've ever met.

Assuming that he actually is the way he portrays himself to be, he should be cloned and put in charge of every police force in the country.
