Again, the law says that presidents have to turn over certain documents to the National archives. Trump not only didn't do that, but was uncooperative and dishonest when asked to do what he is legally required to do. Which part of that do you disagree with?

You mentioned a law as the reason Trump should be charged yet there is no penalty attached to that law for non-compliance.  Seems very relevant.

He violated the law/requirement.  He did it on his own because he's a narcissistic, big mouthed lying dunce who can't get out of his own way.  That doesn't mean he should be treated unfairly but, when you are a narcissistic, big mother lying dunce, you run the risk of running into the legal system which includes other people with their own agenda, flaws, etc.

I mean, look at that St. Louis kid who ALL he did was make a wide right turn and suddenly he's handcuffed with a drug dog in his car for no reason.  When I taught my daughter how to drive, I really emphasized the importance of following every single law.
