The White House issued a stern rebuke on Saturday after former president Donald Trump suggested suspending the Constitution in his ongoing crusade to discredit the results of the 2020 election.

“Attacking the Constitution and all it stands for is anathema to the soul of our nation and should be universally condemned,” White House spokesman Andrew Bates said in a statement, calling the Constitution a “sacrosanct document.”

“You cannot only love America when you win,” he added.

Trumpâ€s message on the Truth Social platform reiterated the baseless claims he has made since 2020 that the election was stolen. But he went further by suggesting that the country abandon one of its founding documents.

“A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution,” Trump wrote.

Dems including the dotard idiot Biden have no respect for the Constitution. So their criticism is moot. However this further disqualifies Donnie Loser. Criticism from legitimate people who arenâ€t hypocritical azzholes like Biden, Dems, and the OP would be more illuminating and actually mean something.

What specifically is he advocating?  By what you pasted on here just sounds like heâ€s ranting while providing no specifics.  

The idea that the Dems are advocates of the constitution is absurdly laughable on its face, so this sounds just like another BS story based off of more of Donnyâ€s riffing.  Is he saying we should suspend...   what exactly?

Trump was always living on the edge and I've said countless times that he needs to shut up and go away.  But, with that said, I'd take Trump over the current clown in a heartbeat.  This nation, the world, and the standard of living for Americans and everyone else in the world would be quantitatively better if Trump was president instead of China-Joe.  The Biden Regime has been a DISASTER for not only the U.S., but as well for the entire world, particularly western democracies.
