There are no good options with Trump

Nothing I'm going to say is going to make sense unless there is agreement on one fact: 

There is currently no proof that the election was stolen.  

There are a number of theories on how it could have been stolen, and those theories have been covered at nauseam but, as of today, there has not been a sufficient number of fraudulent ballots found to overturn the results of the election. That being the case, there is no basis for anyone to claim, as fact, that the election was stolen.

On the way to work today, I was listening to Ben Shapiro's podcast about MaL/FBI warrant situation and he's talking about how unprecedented all of this is and that there really isn't a strong case for any of the crimes being linked to Trump's possession of the documents.  Literally, as I'm listening to that, I see the article about the DOJ's subpeona for documents from the National Archives (the one I posted in the MaL thread), that are allegedly same docs that were requested by the J6 committee.  So, is this all about J6?  We don't know for sure.

Other things I've read talk about what a dangerous precedent it would set to try to indict a former president, especially one who is also likely to be the main opponent of the current president in 2024.  But, you can't indict him when he's IN office either, so are we supposed to accept that Presidents are legally untouchable?

My point?  There are no good options with Trump.  What's worse, banning the President of the United States from one of THE biggest social media platforms or allowing him to continue to spread dangerous disinformation to people who believe his every word?  Dangerous to the point that it has caused violence - yes, J6 doesn't happen without Trump spreading disinformation about a stolen election.

So, now it looks like this whole MaL thing might just be a fishing expedition to find anything "bad" and/or more J6 info,  AND possibly misusing the FBI to go after a political opponent. That is a huge issue. On the other hand, if there is NO accountability for Trump spreading dangerous lies, undermining our democracy and causing the J6 riot, then what's to prevent him, or future presidents, from doing it again?   

Again, no good options with this guy.

The bellwether counties & states such as Ohio.
Biden won the fewest counties nationally.
Trump got higher percentages of black and latino votes.

We also saw a ton of evidence.

I'm sorry that none of it was taken seriously because of threats and back room payouts, but those are the facts

There is more than enough evidence to indicate that a substantial fraud occurred in several states.  Unfortunately it would take a large and concentrated FBI investigation to complete the evidence gathering.  Trying to do so through private lawsuits is almost impossible.  As the saying goes there is proving and there is knowing.  The DOJ and FBI punted away their responsibilities purposefully because they have zero interest in getting to the truth.  They are literally in the pocket of Perkins Coie, the perpetrators of the fraud.

No one wants to look outside their preconceived notion, and will beat those that do about the head and shoulders and make all sorts of accusations about them.
