Sinema is on a big water rights kick for AZ right now, so Iâ€d imagine that will be her incentive to cave.
How she will personally benefit Iâ€m not sure, but she will find a way.

They had wanted to remove the ability to carry over tax deductible expenses for multiple years, but she got them to remove it.
