Cars

I've always said that the car companies are screwing up by not releasing 1 special classic every year. Same molds, colors, and looks, but with 100% modern engineering and ammentities.

Imagine a 69 GTO or 70 Charger, Hemi Cuda, super bird, or a 65 Mustang all with modern motors, fuel injection, etc...

They couldn't make enough of them.

You are talking about styling. I agree with this. The new cars cannot compete with the panache and styling of the old cars. But When it  comes to performance, luxury and reliability there is no comparison. It's a tough call in a lot of ways. I 0wned 67 GTO with a high output engine and a four-speed with posi  traction. Convertible also.  67 XKE roadster too.  But I also own a late model challenger now, my third one. And it's a daily driver with superior performance and reliability as well as creature comforts.
But man if they released a limited number of throwback bodies with todays mechanicals, well the sky's the limit.
I thought the Superbird was the worst design on the planet back when it came out. But I would give my left nut, actually both nuts, for a mint superbird now.

So you get my idea then, and yeah the super bird is freaking amazing, so we're the Cudas.

Mopar really is the greatest muscle car company for sure. They always put out the coolest and highest performing cars overall. I'm half tempted to buy the last year hellcat, but I do not absolutely love the challenger body, I love the power plant and transmission and performance but I do not love the body design.

My dad owned a 66 GTO and my Mom had a 68 charger, but my favorite was the 69 GTO.

I almost bought a 70 GTO convertible when I was like 18/19, but it would've had to be my daily driver and I wouldn't have been able to take care of it the way it deserved to be, so I didn't buy it.

But yeah if the remade a limited design for say 2-3 years, then moved to the next design for 2-3 years, they could charge a mint for them.
