Not gonna say because they will deny it just like they always do and then I will have to waste time going back and finding their comments.
Uh huh.

Hey, how about an update on the war in the Ukraine with your buddy Zelenskyy?
About time to schitt or get off the pot. Biden is sending minimal just to keep Ukraine legit. Biden blames Putin with gas prices is a joke. Russia is on its knees. Go in and fly missions for 3 days and this war is over.

HT is right, there were some posters who said that he is a cop and won't stand for unlawful behavior.

Turns out that he is just an anti white race hustler and kept the status quo mostly the same as deblasio

This is the problem with having the the Mickey Mouse, “there is always a possibility of change” type of mentality towards these types of characters…whether itâ€s someone like Adams in NY or Boudinâ€s replacement in SF.

ALL of these people are operating out of the same Marxist playbook. They are taking their orders from a level higher than themselves.

Letâ€s take Oregon for example (and this is a story Iâ€ve told here several times already)…currently we have an absolute moron for a Governor. She was elected simply because the retarded voters of Multnomah and Lane counties chose a bisexual broad to check their woke boxes. She is by all measures an abject failure of a politician. This fall, those same voters are going to crown an ultra-Marxist, non-binary lesbian with 0.0% real qualifying experience as our next Governor. Her name is Tina Kotek. I know her personally. I wouldnâ€t trust her to walk my dog effectively.

These types of people donâ€t suddenly wake up and understand the error of their ways when they are given MORE power. They ALWAYS double down on stupid and make every problem worse.

Many conservative normies have a similar mentality which we see here each day.  They just can't wait to bring back another George Bush type Republican.

The knee-jerk opposition to Trump will result in those types of nominations as guys like DeSantis aren't yet household names among the coveted middle/"moderates."  i.e.  being opposed to the Orange Menace right now isn't a smart move.  Will set us right back to the good ole days where rinos roamed the political landscape.

The fact that Trump brought over Dem voters in 2016 doesn't jibe with the claim that he can't win the middle.  It leaves me scratching my head.

DeSantis is the future of the party.  He is polished, but I don't think it's quite his time yet.

To answer your question directly, I can't think of anyone longing to bring those type of candidates back, but HT makes a relevant point about the "normie" mindset.  It's time to move on from that.  Trashing Trump right now serves no legit purpose if you want to further the America first movement.

Yeah, I get it.  Iâ€d vote for Trump 2024 over a Mitt Romney/George Bush/John McCain type republican.  My main concern about Trump at this moment is not the Democratâ€s absolute meltdown, nor the mediaâ€s totally inability to remember journalistic standards if heâ€s reelected.  Itâ€s purely his age.

He will be 78.  Yeah, I know, he looks as sharp as ever.  I donâ€t disagree.  But at that age, it can go quick.  In a heartbeat.  Shoot, Joe Biden in 2016 looked semi competent, at least at giving a speech.  And Trump will be that age range in 2024.  Major concern.

That's definitely a legit concern that primary voters will weigh in their decision.  Personally I'm fine with either Trump or DeSantis.  That said, as I mentioned in another thread, I admit that I'm looking forward to Trump's revenge tour.  That is part of my mindset.  It may be a selfish motive (well, it is), but I'm chomping at the bit to see the swamp take some real body blows beyond 2024.  A vengeful Trump is definitely the guy for that job.

New San Francisco DA fires staff investigating wrongful convictions and police misconduct

New San Francisco district attorney Brooke Jenkins has fired at least 15 of ousted predecessor Chesa Boudinâ€s staff within days of being sworn in.

Ms Jenkins, who led efforts to recall Mr Boudin over his alleged “soft on crime” policies, has axed a swathe of attorneys investigating wrongful convictions and police misconduct as part of a major overhaul of the Bay Area prosecutorâ€s office.

The 40-year-old initially said she had no plans to fire staff after her appointment by Mayor London Breed, and said she was considering “reshuffling” the office after her 10 July swearing-in.

But on Friday, Ms Jenkins announced she was getting rid of several senior staff members including Managing Attorney Arcelia Hurtado, the office's representative on San Franciscoâ€s Innocence Commission, and Mr Boudin's chief of staff Kate Chatfield, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

Assistant district attorney Dana Drusinsky tweeted on Friday that she was one of 16 people fired “without cause” in a five minute phone call.

“Iâ€m not a manager. Iâ€m not a chief. I was fired because I believe in criminal justice reform,” she said.

She was fired because she enabled crime to run rampant and hopefully this new DA is better.

Personally I have my doubts, but this is a nice start.

The new DA is just putting her own cronies and supporters on the staff.  She likely has a big future in politics and those she will give jobs to will support her financially and politically.
