Pepper relish made from
Indonesian sambal. Made by the same company that makes siracha, but w/out sugar or other spices, just sambal peppers and maybe some salt/vinegar.

How do you pronounce orangutan?

I had always pronounced it like Oh-rang-a-tang but someone once adamantly insisted that it was actually Oh-ran-Jew-tan. I've never once heard anyone else pronounce it that way, certainly not with the soft "j" sound for the "-ng," but the spelling kind of looks more like it would be his way. I dunno.
