He can technically say this and be correct in the minds of leftists because Liberal World Order means Green Energy. Tell a lie long enough and Maurice Strong's name will eventually resurface. The Green outside and Red inside types will gobble up the burfle. The US taxpayer - the middle class - will go broke in the process.

Obama said it 15 years ago, he wants high energy prices to force America to buy solar and wind. Of course solar and wind is made in China, so there's that.
